ABOUT ME

I'm Daniel Thompson. I have lots of variety of experience interacting with farm animals, my own horse, dogs, cats, rabbits and hamsters over that past 40 years. We took in a homeless cat 2 years ago and now my wife and I refer to him as our baby boy. I've also volunteered for Humane Society Silicon Valley in 2005 where I completed courses both class study and hands on with various mixed breed dogs and I am certified in Open Paw Shelter Dogs. I spent hours weekly for more than a year enjoying interacting with all types of dogs while there as I have learned the body language of dogs fully. I spent quality time with the smallest, mixed mini poodles to the largest a Saint Bernard.

From 2006-Present I've been a Professional Pet Sitter. I started America's Best Friends so I could continue doing what I love most, giving dogs, cats and critters the attention and affection they crave. My many current clients can always count on me for their pet continuous pet sitting needs. I have many satisfied clients that continue to book pet sitting services with me as I gave their pets the same loving care as if they were my own. My clients consider their pets' as their children or part of the family. They want the very best care for their pets' when they are away from them.

I'm fully licensed, insured, bonded (including a current criminal background check) and a proud member of PSI (Pet Sitters International), NAPPS (National Association of Professional Pet Sitters, and PUPS (Professional United Pet Sitters). Certified in Dog and Cat CPR and First Aid. I can supply you with references upon request. Ask to see all my documents at time of consultation.
